What is the BCC?

The BCC is a three month secondary school through YWAM’s “University of the Nations” (UofN), designed to help you study God’s Word and apply it practically into your everyday life. Experienced Bible teachers will instruct you on how to study Scripture on your own and teach you methods that will open then up to you. Six days a week you will read, explore and dig into the Bible. It is an intense school, but you will be astonished by how much God will enlighten you in these three months; how He will open up this “old book” to you and enlarge your understanding of who He is. God has a plan for your life and He wants to show it to you.

In the BCC, you will:

Learn to study the Bible using the inductive study method.
Learn to share and teach from the Bible (including proper preparation).
Learn to lead small groups and Bible studies.
Take part in creative and interactive teaching and learning.
Focus on knowing God and being transformed by Him and His Word.
Make discoveries about life in Biblical times.
Read through the entire Bible (partially visualized).
Gain a deeper understanding of Biblical structure and literary styles.
Explore different styles of prayer and worship.
Take a study trip to Israel (optional).

We are in the process of pioneering and receiving training for the Bible Core Course (BCC) and therefore we are partnering with YWAM Rogaland to offer this school through them. We hope, in the coming years, to have the BCC at our campus as well.
